Studio Fire – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and the Studio Fire fitness studio at which you participate (the “Studio Fire Studio”), including any independently owned and operated Studio Fire franchise location, and govern your use of our websites, online services, products, memberships, and in-studio activities (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our website, registering for an account, purchasing a membership, or attending a class or event at any Studio Fire Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Website & Services
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and be responsible for your compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose; upload or distribute any offensive, defamatory, or harmful content; or attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of others using our Services.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Account Responsibility
To use certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.

Intellectual Property
All content provided through Studio Fire websites, studios, and services—including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and other materials—is the property of Studio Fire Franchising, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without express written consent.

Third-Party Links and Content
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or products. These links are provided for your convenience, and we do not endorse or control these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and governed by their terms and policies.

Studio Policies
Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
No Show Fee: A $10 fee will be charged for any reserved class you fail to attend without canceling in advance.
Late Cancel Fee: A $10 fee applies for cancellations made less than 8 hours before class.
Membership Cancellation: All auto-renewing memberships require 30 days' notice for cancellation, submitted via our official cancellation form. Verbal, text, or email requests are not valid.
Class Pack Expiration: 5-class packs expire in 6 weeks, 10-class packs in 3 months, and 20-class packs in 6 months from the date of purchase.
Merchandise Refunds: Store credit is issued within 30 days of purchase with receipt, if items are unused and in original packaging.
Age Policy: You must be at least 18 years old to attend classes unless otherwise approved with parental consent.

Health & Safety
You understand that Studio Fire uses infrared heat, with classes reaching temperatures of up to 100°F or higher. These conditions may not be suitable for all individuals. You agree to monitor your own well-being and consult a medical professional before participating, especially if you have any pre-existing health concerns.

Liability Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
By participating in Studio Fire activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise, heated environments, equipment use, and presence on the premises. Studio Fire Studios are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur, except where prohibited by law.

Studio Fire Franchising, LLC (the franchisor) shall not be held liable for the actions, omissions, or operations of any independently owned and operated Studio Fire Studio.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Fire Franchising, LLC, any Studio Fire Studio, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or your conduct on our premises.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Fire disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Studio Fire be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

If liability is established, Studio Fire’s total liability shall not exceed $100.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Studio Fire Studio you attend is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted online and effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
