We offer a one-time $20 fee to pause your membership for up to 3 months. All pause requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed approval. Exceptions will be made for pregnancy and injuries. Please submit your request with enough time for our team to process the request- we review Monday through Friday and it may take 3-5 business days to process. Email support@studiofirefitness.com

To cancel your membership, please email support@studiofirefitness.com. A cancellation form is required, but we will honor the date of your original email as the request date.

An emergency contact and a card on file are required to book classes at Studio Fire. Please ensure both are up to date in your profile.

If you add yourself to the waitlist you will not be charged unless you get into the class.
When adding yourself to the waitlist, be prepared to come to class. The waitlist does move.
You will not be added to a class from the waitlist less than 1 hour before class. (If class starts at 12pm and you are on the waitlist - you will not be added in after 11am)
If you are moved from the waitlist and into the class and do not attend, you will be charged a no show fee.
If you on the waitlist and you are put into the class within our 8 hour cancellation window and late cancel - you will be charged. We encourage you to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid any cancellation fees. Assume that you will attend class when adding yourself to the waitlist.

All you need is your yoga mat, water bottle and good vibes! Don’t have a mat? You can rent one for $3. Towels are provided in our locker room.

You don’t need shoes for any yoga classes. For The Remix, and Lift tennis shoes are recommended.

We recommend starting with a Fire Flow 1 class or Chill Pill as this is our standard yoga class. You can also watch sample classes as well as common cues and corrections videos in the new client tab.

Chill pill, Lift and the Remix are not actively heated.

Your account will be charged $10 for any late cancels or no shows. There is a 8 hour window to cancel without being charged. If you are on a waitlist and not planning to attend the class we recommend that you remove yourself off the waitlist to avoid being charged a no show fee, should you get into the class.

We offer a 5-minute grace period. If you’re running late, please call us at (803) 764-2010 so we can hold your spot and set up your equipment to make entering class as smooth and least disruptive as possible

To honor the space and those around you, phones are not permitted to be used during class. If there’s an urgent reason you need your phone with you, please notify your instructor before class begins and step out of the studio if you need to use it for texting or phone call.

We hold onto lost and found items for 30 days. All unclaimed items are cleared out on the 1st of every month, so please check in with us promptly if you’ve misplaced something! Any items left in a locker that is not locked will be placed in the lost and found.

The waitlist and how it works:

How can I cancel my membership?
There is a 3 month commitment for all unlimited membership. For all cancellations we require a 30 day notice and a written request via email 30 days before your next draft. You can send your request to support@studiofirefitness.com
