Method

Studio Fire is a creatively curated fitness method designed to strengthen the mind and body through unique class concepts and infrared heat. Offering both the yin and yang of group fitness with classes using vinyasa yoga, sculpt, hiit, dance cardio, resistance training, stretch, and breathwork. We believe in the individual journey through movement so we created a space to hold a variety of workouts so you can try something different everyday.

Class Concepts

The idea behind these classes is to give you the ability to move intuitively. Whatever you’re in the mood for that day, we have something for you. Taking a different class everyday is not only great for your wellness journey but allows you to challenge yourself in new ways.   • Fire Flow

    The ancient practice of vinyasa yoga delivering flexibility, recovery, and mind body strength. Fire Flow 1 offers more verbal modifications and cues while Fire Flow 2 is a faster paced class.

  • Well Flow

    Our signature class that infuses vinyasa yoga with high intensity interval training for a balanced, full body workout. Expect to sweat and feel challenged in the best way.

  • The Formula

    One part sculpt + one part yoga + one part core. Delivering a mindful approach to transform the body + connect with your breath through focused + controlled movement.

  • Metabolic 30

    35 minutes of resistance training that offers and extended calorie burn for 24-48 hours post sweat. The use of heavier weights takes your muscles to failure, building lean muscles and strength. *wear sneakers.

  • The Remix

    Lights off, music bumping, sweat pouring. Move to the music and let go for a 50 min cardio dance + sculpt workout. No dance experience required. Bring your sneakers or best dancing shoes!

  • Chill Pill

    This 45 minute class includes breathwork, long held slow stretches, and meditation. Chill Pill will not be actively heated but could still be warm. Dress comfortably and don't forget your mat, water, and an open mind.
